Builds new and repairs existent hair internal bond linkages. 

DIRECTIONS: Apply a generous quantity on clean, damp hair after the Blacklight Smart Purifying Shampoo. Distribute thoroughly from roots to ends. Leave in for 5-15 minutes and rinse. Use once every 2 weeks or when needed.
