Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. Once your return is evaluated and approved, you will receive a store credit. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be in the store credit. 

What items are returnable? 

    • Rings, neckless and bracelets 
    • Merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition. It must be in the original package. 
    • Earrings cannot be returned due to sanitary guidelines.

What happens if the item I received is damaged?

    • Reach us within 10 days of delivered date and further instructions will be sent. 

What happens if my question is not addressed?
