We do not offer refunds. Once your return is evaluated and approved, you will receive a store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be in the store credit.

What items are returnable?

Rings, neckless and bracelets
Merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition. It must be in the original package.
Earrings cannot be returned due to sanitary guidelines.

What happens if the item I received is damaged?

Reach us within 10 days of delivered date and further instructions will be sent.
